Zalaris delivered the pre-implementation analysis and implementation of SAP SucccessFactors with CPI.

Maintain consistency across all HR processes. Execution of common strategy via implemented processes. In the environment of a dispersed organisation (in terms of location), the system ensures a common approach to HR processes throughout the company and multi-lingualism. Clear rules for all employees and activities and processes between areas.
