Role of Zalaris
Support for the global HR implementation project, set up of HR processes in 3 countries, implementation and project organisation and consulting for individual modules.

Outcomes achieved
The project is ongoing. The primary objectives to be met: introduction of SAP SuccessFactors EC as the global master system for all countries, implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting as the global recruitment environment, implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding – complementary to the recruitment process.
