Role of Zalaris
After supporting a successful carve-out from Equinor, our role has been to digitise the full lifecycle management to improve flow of data in line with the overall digitalisation strategy & LEAN principles. Integration of HRIS & service delivery (payroll, travel & expenses, support) in an ‘industrial mechanism’.

Outcomes achieved
The transition from a local In-house Payroll Team to Global Outsourced Payroll provider was a big move for our business and more specifically for our payroll team. The team’s attitude throughout this transition has been second to none and I have no doubt that this greatly supported a seamless go-live. The management of this project was key for me and the combination of expertise from our staff, Zalaris and our SAP consultants meant that our business was confident throughout that our staff would be successfully paid and feel no disturbance through the transition period.
